Rachel Eager, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides care for children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her nursing degrees from Western Kentucky University, the University of North Carolina–Wilmington, and Frontier Nursing University.
Rachel’s background includes 18 years as a Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse, as well as experience teaching nursing students, working in inpatient psychiatry, and providing outpatient care in the Phoenix area. This diverse experience informs her compassionate, patient-centered approach to mental health.
Outside of her practice, Rachel enjoys sewing, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her husband, son, and their two mini dachshunds.
